Where and When is the Reset Conference 2025?
The Conference will take place October 3-4, 2025. The hotel is a destination hotel that is within walking distance to high in retail stores like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Channel, David Yurman and many more. Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel redefines cosmopolitan energy.
What are the daily start and stop times of the event?
There are two days of great speakers and interactive sessions. The event is Friday 4pm-8:30pm and Saturday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM closing session each day. Breakfast and Lunch is provided for VIP attendees on Saturday. All attendees will be invited to the Friday Night Meet and Greet event.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, we have negotiated a great room rate at the host hotel.
I’m trying to book my travel. What airport do I need to fly into? Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels?
There are two options for the nearest airport to Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel is DFW Airport and Lovefield Airport. We do not provide any transportation from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a Uber, or Lyft service
Is food provided each day?
If you are a VIP ticket holder, lunch will be provided both days.
What is the dress code for the conference?
We suggest business casual for the conference.
Can tickets be shared with more than one person?
Tickets cannot be shared and are not transferable.
Can I take my kid(s) to the conference?
Children under 10 are not permitted. Any minors 10-17 must be accompanied by their Parent or Legal Guardian and must have a ticket purchased in their name.
How is The Reset different from other conferences?
The Reset is intentionally curated to not only put you in rooms with leading CEOs, but to give you direct access to network, connect, and build relationships with them. Unlike other women’s or business conferences, The Reset creates intimate networking opportunities for you to move beyond just being inspired and to unlock new partnerships, sponsorships, and business ideas.
Who should attend The Reset Conference?
If you’re a highly ambitious, female entrepreneur you want to be in this room. Whether you’re new to business or have an established multi-million dollar enterprise, The Reset Conference is your safe space to rub elbows with some of the largest business geniuses in the world. After all, how often can women (especially women of color) get this level of access to propel their businesses forwarded? What CEOs will I get to meet?
Although we cannot guarantee personal introductions to any of the CEOs in attendance, The Reset Conference will put you in close proximity and, oftentimes, in very intimate settings with less than 100 people for you to learn from and meet leading CEOs. For 2024, we have confirmed the attendance of CEOs from Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, Forbes, TIME Magazine, HEB, 7-11, and Marshalling Resources.
Is this a virtual experience?
The Reset Conference takes place in Dallas, Texas – August 23rd & 24, 2025. With one of the largest international airports in the country, getting into Dallas for the Conference will be relatively seamless.
Can I bring my spouse or business partner?
Absolutely! However, every person will require that they have their own ticket to attend.
What is the bag policy?
No bags will be permitted into the venue except for small purses (8″ x 4″ x 8″ max). Backpacks of any size are not allowed.
Can I check my bag?
No, bag check in services are available for guests. Guests attempting to enter the event with prohibited items will be turned away and asked to return the items to their hotel rooms and/or vehicles.
Can I bring my own food inside?
No outside food, beverage, or alcohol is permitted at the event unless during a RESET event.
Are we allowed to record the event?
Pictures are welcome but Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We do encourage social media posting during the conference.
What do I need to bring to get into the Conference?
Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the conference.
Is there handicap seating?
Yes. Handicap seating is available upon request. Please email our office at [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. In addition, restrooms and parking facilities are all in compliance with ADA standards.
